TokenCap Network listing requires structural readiness: a canonical analytical record, evidence anchoring, and consistency with the TCA framework. Listing Advisory walks project teams through that preparation.

Data Sufficiency Review
Evaluation of whether the source pack is adequate for TCA’s evidence-anchoring standard. Recommendations for additional materials, studies, or third-party verification.
Analytical Readiness Rating
A pre-VOR readiness grade: is this project positioned to receive a TCA evaluation, and if so, what analytical weaknesses should the project team address before proceeding.
Progression Pathway
Structured path from readiness engagement to formal VOR engagement (if the project chooses to proceed). Clear milestones, deliverables, and re-review points.
Service 04
Resource Tokenization Advisory.
Tokenization of physical-resource or asset-backed interests introduces specific analytical considerations. TCA provides structured guidance on these mechanics at the asset level.
Analytical representation
How a tokenized interest maps to the underlying asset. What the token represents, what it does not. Rights, claims, and enforcement mechanics.
Asset-level risk implications
How tokenization mechanics affect the five scoring dimensions. Structural features that amplify or mitigate analytical risk.
Documentation alignment
Ensuring the analytical record properly captures tokenization-specific parameters so the Risk Engine consumes them consistently.
Not legal or tax advice
TCA provides analytical guidance on the risk and intelligence implications of tokenization mechanics. Legal and tax matters must be addressed by qualified counsel.
